What time is check in & check out? Please arrive between 4pm and 8pm and leave by 10.00am

Do you accept groups ?  Not usually  this is a quiet  site contact us to discuss

Can we bring our dog or other pet? Sorry no

Can you park by the tent? The car park is a short walk across a sloping field which may prove difficult for any with walking disabilities.

Is bedding included?  Yes the bed will be made for your arrival  we use feather quilts & pillows so please let us know in advance if you are allergic to feathers & we will  use alternative hypoallergenic.

 Is there drinking water available ?  Yes all the taps are safe to drink from​

Please make sure the camping stove & BBQ grill are washed and cleaned and all pots and crockery are washed up before you leave. If the camping stove and BBQ grill are not cleaned before departure we will deduct £20 from your damage deposit for extra cleaning costs.

Cancellations/Refunds – We can offer no refunds due to bad weather or guest illness or anything else outside of our control. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 4 weeks of your stay. We will give a 50% refund if you have paid in full and need to cancel more than 4 weeks before your stay.

Please remember to bring your own toiletries, warm clothes, waterproofs, wellies, indoor shoes like sliders, crocs or slippers are useful to keep your bell tent clean
